My CommTimeOut is set to 1,000

This should be enough, but I still get a TCP/IP connection failure

Can someone please help? It is an NT machine with a C drive, D drive
(this is where the TCP/IP connection failure happens and it is the
biggest) and an E drive.

D = 8Gig.
