Matthias,

You can copy the files in your executable library (/opt/ADSMebu?) from your
2.51 system to the 2.6 system.  You also have to "manually" link the EBU
library (libt?.so) module to point to the ADSM library.  I have tested both
the backup and restore and both work.  I apologize for being so vague, but I
am on the road and do not have my notes handy.  I can send you more detailed
notes once I am back in my office next week.

Subject: Oracle Connect-Agent with Solaris 2.6

Hi  ADSM'ers,

I've got an problem with the installation of the adsm-oracle-connect-agent
under
sun solaris 2.6. The installation of the package under 2.51 runs without
problems
but when trying the same with 2.6 the pkgadd gives me the message that the
package
is only supported under 2.51.
Does anybody know if there is a trick to get the agent run under 2.6 ?
Is there an 2.6-release of the connect agent which can be ordered from IBM ?
