Hi Mark!
I came across two reasons why a scheduled backup will not backup a specific
disk:
1) The disk is not labeled.
2) The scheduler runs using the SYSTEM account and the SYSTEM account
doesn't have full access on the drive's root.
To fix this, make sure the permissions on the drive's root have "full
control" set for the SYSTEM account. You don't have tag the 'include
subdirectories' box.
