Looking around this evening, I found that error code 32 means "The process
cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. ".

Does this help at all?

The user account that is assigned to do the scheduled backup has local
administrator rights.
The drive is NTFS. I suggestions? It will help me in successful rollout
to my clients.
