To all IBM ADSM people monitoring this, the new version of the web
configuration client kinda is broken.  We have been using it to configure
ADSM clients option files and it doesn't work in the ways it says it will.
We end up having to manually editing the dsm.opt to get it to work.  Also
when we download the sol25.tar file and try to un-tar it we get an error.
The file size on our 3466 server is +/- 11MB,  when we went to download it
from the web the file was 47MB, some difference!
