The ID you use for backups needs to have the "Manage auditing and security log"
right, in addition to the "Backup files and directories" and "Restore files and
directories" rights.

For the ADSM scheduler, I recommend using the System account.

The user account that is assigned to do the scheduled backup has local
administrator rights.
The drive is NTFS. I suggestions? It will help me in successful rollout
to my clients.
