I used the DSMCUTIL command as shown by Mark with all options shown except
the "/clientdir" switch (default was fine), and it works like a charm.  Try
"dsmcutil help" from the command line, and you should be able to substitute
necessary values yourself, otherwise, try sticking to defaults.
