Yes, on a server aix 421, adsm 3113, when backing up other atm clients,
network transfer rate can reach 15 MBytes/sec with unix clients and 6 to 8
MB with NT clients... Didn't test with several clients backup up at the
same time, but I guess it won't change a lot.
BTW I remember having posted last month an answer on atm performances
issues. Didn't you see it ?
I do not receive back from the list the messages I post, perhaps should I
ask the list manager to set a "paranoid" flag ?

what is your atm network speed ? (mine is 155 Mbits/sec).
did you stress test your network to check it ?
which protocol do you use ?
how do other applications work on this network (ftp for example) ?
did you check out-of-adsm parameters (mtu, circuits...) ?
