Novell clients stopped working

Hello,

We have a number of Netware 3.1x & 4.x  ADSM clients which backup to an
ADSM  server on AIX using TCP/IP. All run  version 2 of the client and
have been  working for a couple of years. Last  week, 2 of the 3.1x
ADSM clients  started failing with the message:
TcpFlush: Error 60 sending data on  Tcp/Ip socket.
The only way we could  get the client to work again was to  drop the
TCPWINDOWSIZE from 32 to 8.

Has anyone come across this type of  situation, and if so, were you
able to  determine where the problem was.
