Client Options sets with V3 server

Subject: Client Options sets with V3 server

Howdy, I don't have my V3 tech guide redbook with me at this location..
does anyone know if TCPSERVERADDRESS  is one of those options we can change
with a client option set on the ADSM server and that will override all our
client's dsm.opt files?
