Sounds like your tcpwindowsize is too big. Either make it smaller, or
change the "no" options for tcp_sendspace and tcp_recvspace to be bigger.
We use 65536 for the tcp_sendspace and tcp_recvspace no options, and 64
for the tcpwindowsize.
