Cindy,

Hey I can relate on the data entry part.  We also have Tivoli, but from
what I have discussed with the contractor that was here from Tivoli for
several month, it was not able to perform what SAMS does without writing
tons of script to put the data in roughly the same format as SAMS.  So
before you commit to Tivoli show them what SAMS does and ask them if
they can do the same....I would be interested in their
response........Tony
