  I believe the PTF's you are looking for are:

UQ16498 , UQ16499 , UQ16500 , UQ16501 , UQ16502 and UQ16503.

 These should  bring your server up to level 3.1.02. I have been in contact
with
IBM and there are 4 more PTF's that should be out by the end of May 1998
that will
bring the MVS server up to release 3.1.12 which will include the utilities
for aggregate
cleanup. These 4  PTF's are: UQ13371 , UQ13372 , UQ13373 and UQ13374. I
have not
checked to see if these PTF's are available yet.
