Hello all,

I've been trying to figure out what exactly the Oracle Backup Agent does.
I've was told at first that it could perform table restores, true
incremental backups of the database (i.e. the entire dbf files does not
backup because a single byte changed). Then I was told that it basically
allowed hot backups.

I'm confused. Does anyone have a resource that clearly explains all this?
Is anyone using it be willing to answer a few yes/no questions?

Thanks.
