inclexcl processing

Hi ADSMer's
     This is an inclexcl problem. I have the following list but the
incrementals
attempt to
backup : /misc/adsm/dbvols.dsm>
02:04:00 ANS1228E Sending of object '/misc/adsm/dbvol5.dsm' failed
02:04:00 ANS1840E File '/misc/adsm/dbvol5.dsm' changed during processing.
File
skipped.
exclude /.../core
exclude /unix/
include /misc/
include /usr/pmcf/factory/floor/
exclude /db2/adsm/
exclude /misc/adsm/

Why doesn't this work?
