Hey *,

the collocation function of a STG Pool allocate for each client, minimum
one tape.
If you reduce the max. scratch value, the STG Pool is not able to work with
more tape
as you define in the max. scratch value.
I think if you reduce the value of max. scratch, you can't force the server
to carefull with the tapes.
Collocation is either ON or OFF.
