What you're seeing there is actually a function of NT itself. This is the "new
and improved" native to the O/S version of the old DOSKEY command.

Services of it seem to be available to any console application under NT; You
will also find that the UP key works to scroll through commands that you have
entered.

none of these features though work under '95, even if DOSKEY IS loaded.
