I am not familiar with the EBU message layout (look up the EBU-503 message code
to see what the error codes refer to) , but if that 137 is an ADSM API return
code, then it means there was an authentication failure on your ADSM server.
You can confirm this by checking the ADSM server activity log from the same
timeframe as the error occurred; it should show an authentication error.
