Janie,
If you are using DSMC, you are using the client interface. You should
check the document "Using the Microsoft Windows Backup-Archive Client". If
you don't have it, you can view and download it online at
http://www.storage.ibm.com/software/adsm/pubs/admanual.htm .

Subject: Command line options
We are running ADSM vs. 2.1.06 on an NT 4.0 server. At the dsmc prompt in
the c:\win32app\ibm\adsm\baclient directory you can type help and you have
a list of options to choose from. For example number 17 is dsmc restore
command line options. This may be a trivial question but is there anywhere
that these or any of the other options can be found in a help file other
than copying and pasting them from the dsmc prompt. We would like to have
some of them on hard copy for some documentation purposes. I have not been
able to find them or I am probably not looking in the right place. I was
mainly looking for hard copies of the dsmc restore command line options and
I have looked in the ADSM Administrators Guide and the ADSM Administrator's
Reference and several other manuals we have and I could not find the
command line restore options anywhere. Thank you for any help.
