I have this problem too. In the version 3 the OS2-Client have a problem
with ACL's. You can use the option
'skiplanserveracp yes', but then you must use the OS/2-Tool BACKACC to
backup the ACL's and backup this
backupfile with ADSM. After a restore you must restore the ACL's with
RESTACC.
IBM knows this problem.
