There is a company called Help Systems which you can find at 
http://www.helpsystems.com. They have got a product called Robot/Save which is 
ported to the ADSM API. I was told it's quite expensive though.
I would wait (if possible) until the end of this year. IBM will then release 
it's new version of BRMS,  IBM's backup application for OS/400. It will be 
compatible with the ADSM API and also offer you HSM!
