Michael,

I would read your log as indicating that you have a disk storage pool
which overflows to a tape storage pool.  The file 'UNET_FS_13\BINDERY'
is being backed up to the disk storage pool by default and has caused
that pool to reach one of the capacity thresholds.  This causes the
automatic migration of the backup from the disk storage pool to the
overflow pool on tape.  Because the file didn't fit into the disk
pool, you got an "unsuccessful" message then the system waited for the
tape to be mounted by the operator before proceeding.  The fact that
the timestamps on the last two messages are very close indicates that
the tape was probably already mounted.
