Removing a domain in its entirety

I had one node under domain/policyset/mgmtclass and have deleleted all the
FILESPACEs for it. The node has been removed. I deleted all the 'inactive'
domain/policyset/mgmtclass for this node BUT the ACTIVE ones still exists. How
do I TOTALLY remove the domain and all beneath it?
example.. I deleted
domain policyset mgmtclass
STANDARD TEST TESTMGMT
the active one still exists
STANDARD ACTIVE TESTMGMT
