"invalid drive", scheduler, NT services

Hi,
I've seen a few messages about the problem I'm having, but no
details of how to correct it. Does anyone know how to set the
system-level
attributes of a NTFS drive to correct the "invalid drive" error?
This error only occurs if the scheduler is started from the NT
Services. The backup works fine if ran manually or if the scheduler
is started manually. I've tried giving the group "Everyone"(R,X), but
that didn't help.
