To get around running an audit each time it happens and until you install the
patch, checkout the tape that is stuck in the drive.  ADSM will checkout the
tape that took that tapes slot.  Then checkout the tape that just came out.
ADSM will respond with the checkout and then with an IO error.  It will then
ask you to reply.  After you reply, it will checkout the tape without really
doing so.  At this point if your tape library allows, manually eject the tape
and then checkin the two or more tapes again once all tape processes have
finished.  This works on an OS/2 ADSM server.
