Rick:
1) The "disable event console ANR0405,ANR0407" command can be issued
from an administrative command line or from the MVS console.  See ADSM
V3 Administrators Reference for a complete description.
2) I am not sure if ADSM Server will "remember" this command between
restarts as I have not completed V3 installation/testing yet. My guess
is that it will.
3) The IBM document GI10-0537-00 says that use of the above "disable
event" will improve Web Admin Client performance.
