Without knowing the exact details of your offsite backups, your plan looks
like it will work.

The only other thing I think you need to be concerned with is the size of
the DB and LOG (make sure you re-create them the same size or larger).

In addition to coping the the three file you are, I run the following
command:

d:\adsm\saclient\dsmadmc -id=admin -password=admin macro offsite.mac >
a:\srvcfg.txt

OFFSITE.MAC

q option
q status
q db f=d
q dbvol f=d
q log f=d
q logvol f=d
q stgpool f=d
q volhist type=dbb
q vol f=d

That command gets all the server configuration information.
