I'm not 100% sure what you are asking but let me try and answer
what I think you're asking...(If I'm wrong let me know!)
ADSM supports the Netware 3.11\3.12\4.10\4.11 operating versions.
You install the same ADSM code for the different versions of Netware.

All the versions support both IPX/TCPIP that comes with Netware.
