I got my ADSM NT scheduler that is installed as an NT service to execute
the dsmnotes command.  I had to define the environment variables and
update the PATH statement in the SYSTEM section, not the USER section.

The documentation I have specifies the USER section... this seems to
work except for the scheduler installed as a service.
