Eric,

As Dan stated, you do not need to purchase the Autoloader Module with
the ADSM module.  The ADSM Module activates the autoloader features of
Backup Exec.  As for your agent accelerator, the agent accelerator only
speeds up machines that are backed up across the network, it changes the
way that the backup data is sent and received from that machine.  You do
not need it on the same machine the tape drive and Backup Exec are on.
