Try this:

Add a line in the Opt file below the include/ exclude statements which
specifies the Domains. For example, say you have 4 volumes mounted on
the server. Sys,
Vol1, Vol2, & CDROMS

Change the opt file to look like this:
____________________________________

          EXCLUDE       *:/.../*
          EXCLUDE       CDROMS:/.../*
                INCLUDE       SYS:/.../* 

DOMAIN SYS: VOL1: VOL2:
____________________________

Leave out the CD-ROM volume in the domain list.
