IBM actually cleaned up the service install somewhat.  Here is what you
run with the syntax we use here.

dsmcutil INST /NAME:ADSM /NODE:nodename /PASSWORD:password
/AUTOSTART:YES /CLIENTDIR:c:\adsm32\baclient

That INSTalls a service named ADSM setting it to autostart.  Hope that
