Gail,

 Have you considered a local ADSM server (NT or AIX) with local tape
devices at your remote sites.  We are likely to implement this solution.
We intend to keep the most recent copy of files at the remote sites and do
multiple versions at our host sight.  I am assuming with V3 this can be
done, but have not validated this supposition yet.
