The first thought I had was that by restoring the db you would get all of
the old pool information back again so you might need to reorder your
procedure a bit: dump, start anew, reload database, delete storage pools,
reconfigure storage pools.

Does the loaddb command, like the restore db command, expect the database
volumes to be in the same place as when the backup db command or dumpdb
command was done?
