You can multithread some operations on the server  - but not others, for
example:

  upd stg <pool> hi=0 lo=0 migpr=4  - will run 4 concurrent migration processes
  backup stg <from-pool> <to-pool> migpr=2 - will run 2 concurrent processes

You can't multithread expiration or reclamation at this time (and as far as I
know) there are no plans yet to do so.
