Update your copygroup and specify your tape storage pool as the destination.
(upd copyg domain policyset mgmtclass dest=tapepool)
I can't remember if you need to activate the policy set after the
update of the copygroup.

Are you planning on always sending all of your data to tape?  If you
aren't, you probably want to have two management classes, with one of
them having a copygroup with your tape storage pool as its destination
and the other going to disk.
