ADSM V3,1 Client under Windows '95

There appears to have been a "subtle" change in the operation of the client
under Windows '95.

Under the V2 code, if the volume did not have a label assigned, ADSM would skip
the drive.

Now under V3.1, the volume IS backed up. A QUERY FILESPACE shows the Filespace
name as "(Drive Has No Label)".

Is this working as designed, or is this an oversight?
