I am interested in what other sites with many (> 100) clients are doing
about upgrading those clients to V3.1.

1. How many clients licenses does your site currently have?

2. Do you currently have Upgrade Protection?

If "no" to question 2:

3. Are you planning on upgrading your V2.1 client licenses to V3.1?

4. Are you planning on purchasing Upgrade Protection for the next =
upgrade?

From "Price information for Announcement Letter 297-411",
the suggested retail prices are:

        $60 for upgrading each V2.1 client to V3.1
        $40 for Upgrade Protection for each client

So it would cost a shop with 1000 clients at V2.1:

$60,000 to upgrade to V3.1. (And maybe another $60,000 in March 2000)

 or

$100,000 to upgrade to V3.1 w/future upgrade protection.
