The 3270 protocol was never supported in the version 2 32-Bit Windows
client and won't be supported in the future.
The direction for mainframe SNA connectivity in the client is APPC/CPIC
(provided by SNA servers running on NT).
This support should be available in the version 3 32-Bit Windows client
sometime around the first quarter of 1998.
