1. No HSM client for NetWare from IBM, although I believe that Wang has a
product called AvailHSM available.

2. The NetWare V3 client is a command line interface only, just as in V2. Yes,
it will operate with a V2 server, although some of the new functions aren't
available without a V3 server.
