I would like to thank everybody who contributed their help on this problem
the last several days.  The administrator has finally gotten everything to
work - but we haven't met and gone over exactly what it was that was
causing the problem.  If it appears to be something that would be of value
to everybody, I'll post it here.

I love this listserv.  I've gotten more truly useful help here than ANYwhere
else I can think of.  And thanks to IBM for paying attention here and
helping us out as well.
