Reclamation starts when a volume falls below the reclamation threshold
that has been set for the storage pool in which it resides. The best
thing to do is to set the reclamation threshold to 100, effectively
disabling reclamation, and then schedule administrative commands to set
it to your desired level, and to back to 100.
