Regular EBU 2.1 (sometimes called EBU-S) runs on non-sp boxes.  EBU-PV
is only AIX on SP.  When EBU 2.2 is available (before the end of this
year), the PV functions will be incorporated in EBU 2.2 and will be
supported in non-SP environments.
