A few weeks back, we started deleting a large number of nodes off one of
our ADSM servers. Before the deletion, database utilisation was in excess
of 80% of 12gb. Now that the deletions are finished, database utilisation
is down to less than 20%. However, the 'Maximum Reduction' only 1900 mb,
less than 16% of the total size.

Why can't I reduce the database? We need to bring it down to 8gb (2 x 2gb
dbvolumes).
