Not in ADSM.  If you use dsmfmt it can overwrite the tape label, but
     then writes trailing tape marks thus killing the rest of the data.
     You have to A) MOVE DATA or
                 B) Delete vol xxxxxx  discard=yes

without moving the data out ?
