That is about what we also got, but why don't you use TCP/IP
over the Token-ring. I've seen a BIG improvement using TCP/IP
instead of IPX/SPX.
Maybe others on the list have had similar experiences, or maybe
I was just lucky???

Our Novell guys were dead set against going for TCP/IP until we
showed them the difference in throughput!
