As far as I can tell, the ADSM Web Client for AIX is only available for
AIX 4.1 and 4.2.  There is no Web Client for AIX 3.2.

Check "http://index.storsys.ibm.com/adsm/fixes/v2r1/aix";

Look under 4.1 and 4.2 for the file "adsm.web.client"
