Robert,
        You'll need to install the appropriate TSA modules for Netware 4.x...
you can select that from the ADSM installation screen.  If you need to
backup the NDS, you'll need to load the TSANDS module and add DIRECTORY
to a DOMAIN statement in your DSM.OPT file.
