Execute 'q v ?????? f=d' to get a full listing and verify the status of
the tape and adjust the libv status or volume status as needed.
Otherwise, use the 'move data' command.  Even if you have one tape drive,
you can do this.  If you need to cancel the operation, it's no biggie.
Just restart the process at another time and ADSM will pickup from where
it left off.  Any transacations before you cancel a move data are
committed.
