Files may be excluded on the include/exclude list, or if they are in use.
Check your copy serialization parameters on the backup copy group used.  Some
files cannot be backed up even when dynamic serialization is used (one example:
MSSQL databases).

hi,

when i start a first time backup through the bkup gui (select
incremental from the adsm pulldown).  files examined is more than files
backed up. why? wouldn't it backup up everything since it is the first
time through?
